Just so everyone knows . We all have different skills here guys. I know from experience through several forums that we all com eat our "hobby " in different ways and also for very different reasons too. One of the things I have found though over the years (since 2008) is that we all want to share and that is why we are here. Am I wrong?
I know from my own experience that I have tried things on my Case (who would not as t is soooo part of my outdoor life). If you are the same and you want to share your GT and what you have planned it is your chance to share and ask. For me just being able to bounce questions off fellow enthusiast makes all the difference and makes me think longer and harder about my solutions - yeah there is always the "other side". For me I need the feedback... at 74 years old, a mechanical and also an electrical engineer and still need help? no what I need is ideas and dedication to our hobby. Could I develop things on my own - definitely, I am retired so my time is my own, but I am of one mind, looking for others to enhance my knowledge too. Guess what as you get older, i'm now 74, knowledge, new ideas, enhanced hobby makes the world go round. I guess my long diatribe just says SHARE! the more we share the more we learn, and above all the more our hobby progresses.
IMO, never assume that your opinion is wrong, share all. Sometimes you might get a negative and learn, but sometimes, just sometimes your thoughts move our community forward into a new understanding too. I will do my part...will you?

I think we're pretty much all on the same page, the active members, that is. I agree, we all stand to profit from sharing our knowledge and experience. Even the mistakes!

Re: Sharing....
I agree we all love to share ideas. After welding for many years I took a job as an instructor and found it to be one of the most rewarding jobs I ever had. Helping others gave me so much satisfaction, I cherish those years.

Re: Sharing....
True very rewarding, but I was trying to teach welding to one young lady in my home shop. Very frustrating, she would listen then (bone head) it her way (WRONG) then say "Practice makes perfect". After a month of 2-3 nights a week I said yes, but you need to practice doing it right. She got very pissed and stopped coming by, that sure saved me a lot of shielding gas, wire and electricity
