I know of another Case here on PEI. I have not seen it, but it’s only 10 minutes form my house. My son was working on a fellas truck and they where talking about stuff. Fella says he has a Case tractor. Son got interested and ask what it was. He said it had an 18 hp engine that blew up. So he put a 15 hp engine from Princess auto in it. Says it works great. It has the big wheels on back. Has a tiller. Don’t know much more than that about it. So and I know this fella, so may get to see it some day. It was not mentioned if it was for sale. So as far as I know, this could be number six Case tractor that maybe on PEI.

If it is a 18 hp Case it could only be a 448
If Ingersoll it could be 3018, 4018, 4118, 4218, 5818 or a 6018.
It is worth checking out. If you do go look at it get the serial number.

The 15hp from pa will not have the shaft for the clutch. What are the chances he still has the 18hp to rebuild it?

Well it may not have any other attachment Eugen, that need the pto clutch.
I hopefully I can see it some day. It’s apparently buried under stuff at the moment.
Ya good that I got that done. Now I need a transmission base pan gasket. Leaking quite bad. So son ordered gasket, filter and oil at is work. So that will get done soon. Jumpins the gas mileage may go up after doing that.
