Need a painter!

Post by ras101 »

So, I need to get into the game... I have been building a 1987 444 in my basement now for several years though some health issues and this year I feel well enough to at least start back on my hobby. I have a number of parts that have been totally sandblasted that are ready for painting but I am NOT a painter so I am looking for help. I live in WNY, Webster, which is a sub of Rochester NY. I don't want to spoil my hard work to this point and need an enthusiast that wants to help (I will pay for the right person) to paint my parts for me. I want to use epoxy primer so if that's an issue OK. I will provide the Power Red paint. I am looking for someone that can pick up and return too. Want to help??

Oh, another thing _ i know that epoxy primer can be problematic to some so I have a brand new painters tent for outside use. Yeah I said BRAND NEW, never been used. whoever helps in this will "inherit" the tent with no questions asked..

Ray, I'm going to be painting a hood very soon. Maybe we can work something out and do your parts also.

Harry, I am really glad you responded! I have never been a painter... can do all the prep-work, I have the ingredients such as paint and even a brand new spray gun, but no epoxy primer (that i will buy too, just need a steady hand and professional to apply. I know epoxy primer has issues but that was why I bought a tent too. Love to work with you to enhance our hobby here.
