Ah thats easy . Get someone like me and ask for straight louvers . :35: They will come out curved . :rofl:
Seriously I think they are done it 3 stages each side then the center curved .
1- stamp slits
2- stamp straight louvers
3- stamp curved louvers
4- bend centre
5- spot weld stamped top and bottom pieces on
