Weather

Post by Doublet »

Hope everyone is doing well.

Our weather is crazy right now. One day it will be 20-30 degrees with gale force winds and the next day a balmy 65-70 degrees clear Sunny skies with light winds.Hope you are all doing well and at least thinking about working on your projects.

I am sorry to say my friend will be visiting Oklahoma for a few days and I will be down and out confined to the house. I had a recently surgery and now they are going to do it again during the time he will be down here. Well, maybe next time we can get together.

Be safe driving on your way down and watch for those troopers. They must be trying to replace all their vehicles as many tickets as they are writing. They would have a field day with an out of country tagged vehicle. Not just Oklahoma, almost every State or County between here and there.

Be Safe and Stay warm!

Thanks for the update Terry.

It has been 4 years and 3 months since our last return south. Life just seems to get in the way of plans.
Most of this morning was spent purchasing medical insurance to cover us while in the US. We Canadians forget about those cost here.

Hopefully we will return with a few needed CCI parts.

What parts are you needing? If they are available in this area, I will try to locate them for you.

I am ordering genuine CCI belts and maybe a few other parts and having them shipped to Oklahoma. That way they cross the border customs free.

Also picking up my tractor collection. I left them at my parents place 33 years ago. I vowed not to move them as long as Dad was around.

Most of these have the original boxes.

That is an amazing tractor collection Spike. I wish you luck in moving them all.
