Yes , The end plate from an old MTD variable drive as a punch and the old pipe coupler machined to make the die . Now I have 2 end caps for the Hit and Miss fuel tank . Will work on the body tomorrow if I don't get saddled down with snow removal . Using what I have on hand as it is a one off .

Well that’s tomorrow’s problem. For today it’s sunny and almost 80F, let’s go clean up the shop! The 41 M and Super H have been sleeping for several months, but no matter they both fired right up! The place has had gotten over run! You know how it is, any semi flat surface has something piled on it.
A lot of putting away, and throwing away!

Just about everything that’s parked in here likes to mark its territory so I decided to power wash the floor while I’m at it. That’s a heck of a lot better than it was.

I even hosed off the Super H. I think it still looks acceptable. Once the floor dried everything got put back in its place with a drip pan or two! I know it won’t last long but it feels good to have kinda clean work space!

They are all in a panic up here too , because we are suppose to get some of that storm . With snow pack in some areas still quite high and frozen ground ,plus potential for lots of warm rain we might need Noah to help out .

You know Jeff, I just have a situation where I'd consider the territory marking a feature. After the ocean trip I found that my Kubota is low on hydraulic fluid. Getting the proper Kubota "blessed" fluid over here was an adventure in itself. But adding a full gallon and finding no marking underneath the tractor makes me say what I said above, that I wish it had marked its territory. At least I'd know where the fluid went. More investigating needed.

That is troubling. I’m unfamiliar with the Kubota set up. If none of the other compartments are over full is it possible they tilled the container it was shipped in to the point it spilled the oil out? Seems unlikely but I don’t know.

I hate to hear about trouble getting the right oil. How hard is it to get items we would consider common over here?

@Eugen Check the engine oil for being over full . The pump is gear driven off the engine and if the front seal leaks , it will leak into the engine crank case and over fill the engine oil .
Or the Gremlins are drinking it . Hope you are well and soon to upload of your adventure over there .

Jake and I put the new bumper ,fender liner , headlight and fog lights on the truck yesterday . Good as new again .
