Well, some people add a little yeast. You know, yeast + sugar + water = booze. Does flavour even matter?

That probably a good idea! I don’t think Queen Ann’s Lace will hurt you, but it looks a lot like hemlock. That’s one of those you can only drink once!

It's that time of year again, our elderberry bush has bloomed and my wife has made the cider again. Tastes amazing!
