I went through similar situation at my dad's house. He always had a garage sale going 365 days a year. He would go to garage and estate sales looking for bargains then try to sell the items. Many times, I would hear people tell him his prices were too high. He would respond with "where else can you find something like this." We had sales and threw stuff away and listed items on C/L. Finally got rid of most everything, then my brother bought the homestead, and it was his problem. He really cleaned the place up and made it presentable again. The one thing we never sold and had a few people look at them were marbles. I believe at one time he told me he had 40K marbles. He had books on them and sorted them out to categorize them. Some of the rare ones he had little round white stickers with prices on. All I can say is after my Mom passed he had a lot of time to do things like that.

That's why I'm starting to clean up a little and get rid of stuff I know I will never need or use. Maybe I can make a few bucks to buy more Case tractor stuff!

Keep the Peace :cop:

I get to go through my own clutter next while I go through the process of getting rid of my little house in NJ. I am going to try very hard not to move things I don't need. At the very least it will be swap something in from my place, and move something along from the farm.

I believe it will be a struggle to have anything less than 30-40 9/16" wrenches though... :headbash:
