Ingersoll 3018 with 18 hp Briggs engine. Late 80s early 90s model. Mowed yard with it last year but now it will not start. Probably needs carburetor work and starter. Could be a good mower again or could part out.
Asking $400 OBO

Darn, if only that was Austin MN, Not Austin TX ;) My 3012 needed just a sniff either to wake up from its winter nap ;)
