Which seafoam ?

I always get the one in the first picture. Never seen the other ones before

That first one might be the original formulation, whatever that may mean. There's a version that comes in a spray can, same formula as the first picture, and I got that for many years for spraying into the air manifold whenever I got a used car. It's a way to decarb the head without pulling it off. Lots of examples on youtube (big smoke) on that crazy procedure

I seen that can there to Eugen.
We use to do that with transmission fluid. Warm up the car engine. Hold throttle open a bit to keep it reved up a bit while pouring in transmission fluid. Then idle it down and stall the engine by just adding a little more transmission fluid. Lots of smoke. Then let it sit. After awhile start it up and drive it like you stole it out the highway. At night if you did it , you could see sparks out the tailpipe from the carbon burning off.

yeah, I've done that a few times first thing after getting a used car, but with seafoam.

Yes that work back in the days before Catalytic converters and O2 sensors. But that will cause damage to newer vehicles systems . But you can get away with it with the old flat heads .
