Post by TLD89 »

Has anyone used a battery or electric paint spray gun for small projects?

Paint small parts and at the most a hood on an ingersoll. The paint job doesn't have to be perfect. I don't have a large compressor only a small portable one and not planning to do large jobs. Having not ever used a spray gun just cans, any suggestion would be appreciated.

You can get refillable spray cans you pressure with small compressor . Or get a small touch up gun . they do not need a lot of air .

That refillable spray can is neat, never seen or heard of those before.

Slightly related topic, I wish someone would make a nice tutorial about how to use the good paint that needs a hardener, and what type of spray gun is acceptable. And if one of these portable spray guns would be good enough for that kind of paint.
