Guys, we had a couple of bread machines over the years. They sure are handy. But once I switched to sourdough and slow proofing, I could never go back. We no longer buy bread, just make it twice a week. It's also not a lot of work, mix the ingredients in the morning, stretch it at 5-6pm and bake it around 9-10.
