Very wet weather

Post by Harry »

It’s been so wet as I mentioned before about getting my zero turn stuck. Well the other day I tried to pull my grandkids trampoline out from its winter parking spot with the 644 lbh. All was going well until I stopped to adjust the tow strap. The tires started to spin and thats was it. I then jerked on the trampoline with my hands to get to where I wanted it. Which aggravated my right shoulder, which has an ongoing problem. I tried moving it with the loader bucket and the the backhoe bucket to no avail. The lifted to tractor up and put some boards under the tires which moved it about ten feet and then stuck again. It sat there for a day the I tried to pull it with about thirty feet of chains and straps with the 646. It started to moved until I buried the rear tires. So I hooked up my Jeep and slowly pulled the 646 out of the mud. By then I was ready to throw in the towel. After cleaning the Jeep and 646 I called quits for the day. This morning I walked into my back yard and after three trips of carrying 2x8’s about 10’ long I was ready to attempt again. Lifting the tractor up putting boards under the tires it moved out of the big muddy ruts. I gained momentum and gave it full throttle and drove up to the cleaning area. I tried to stomp down on the ruts and filled with mud from the cleaning area. Come drier weather I now have a job to fill the ruts. Sorry no pics of the ordeal or the mess. I guess tge moral is live and learn. :30:
