Davis D100 Backhoes Portsmouth RI $1200

I have two for one price.

One is disassembled and on a pallet. The cylinders on this one are beyond repair. The valving assembly on this one is nice.

The second one is completely assembled and has been stored with the cylinders retracted so they are in good shape. The bucket on this one is twisted. Hard to comprehend how but it is. The valving assembly on this one is stuck but should be fine with some love.

Both units will need hoses. Take all the parts plus hoses and get one good one with some spare parts or rebuild Both of them.

This is the correct hoe for your Case Ingersoll 644, 646, 648 garden tractor. They are pretty easy to identify by the rack and pinion swing mechanism. I've seen descendents of this D-100 design on just about every brand of small machine including skid steers.

"The Davis division was part of the CE or construction equipment leg of the parent company. The D-100 and D-125 backhoes were originally designed to go on the Davis chain trenchers to remove rocks, tree stumps and other obstructions the chain could not handle. Both hoes found their way onto the Case Uni-loaders as an option and the D-100 was installed on the 644, 646 and 648 loader/backhoe that was sold as part of the garden tractor line."

I can load on your truck or trailer with my skid steer on site. The price is for both of them together. Cross posted, 1st cash buyer gets them.

Both of those units have different mounting frames for a larger tractor. That's not to say they couldn't be cut off, and correct tabs welded on, but it isn't going to be turnkey...

Lots of good parts if you've got a basket case to bring back...
