Two 446’s for sale locally

I have a CL ad that I’ve been running for awhile. A few bites here and there which is how I found the green 200 series last summer. Which by the way it’s getting closer to selling. A man called last weekend telling me he has two 446’s for sale that were his Dads. His Dad passed a few years ago and his Mom wants them gone. His Mom lives lives local to me but he lives about two hours away. One is orange and one is orange and sand color he said. They have not run in a few years and have been setting outside in the weather. He wants $250 each for them. I told him I might be interested if I could take a look but probably more like $100 each. He said the parts are worth more that. I told him I’m not the guy to parts them out. I would be more interested in bringing them back to life. Both have mowing decks but no other attachments. The more I spoke to him the more I learned about his Dad. Come to find out his Dad had the whole backyard full of Case Ingersoll GT’s and attachments about ten years ago. He would fix them up and sell them as a hobby. When he comes to visit his Mom again he is suppose to call and maybe take a look. I’m thinking if his Mom wants them gone bad enough, they will let me take them for free. Thats enough for now folks. Now where did I leave my Harry

$250 each is probably still a good price even if just for parts.
