Loader and firewood.

Post by propane1 »

Hauled a bit of wood home from my son’s place. And took the Case 446 with newly attached Kwik Way loader home too. It’s a great help with the wood.

Noel Just remember the more weight you put on the rear the more you can lift ,the more weight and stress on front axle and wheel bearings ....

Noel, maybe some combine weights would help. Only problem they are getting rarer than hens teeth. :peace: Harry

I add three 42lb suitcase weights to my hydravac bracket in addition to my wheel weights for my snowblower setup. The suitcase weights mount to some rods stuck through the hydravac bracket. A bunch of washers separate the suitcase weights. Might give you some ideas.

Noel, I think your two link tire chains are terrific. I don’t see many GT with them  :peace: Harry

2 link tire chains will give a smooth ride with less slipping than 4 link chains.
