It has been a thought but in the summer it seems I get to busy. I would definitely like one though.

We have a spring fed one but I’m sure it needs cleaned out. Unfortunately I don’t think the 648 has the reach to do the job. I’d like to stock it. One more of one of those maybe someday job.

We’re in a wet pattern down here too. Above average for the month but I’ve heard we’re going to be dry for the summer. Guess we better enjoy the moisture while we have it.

Oh God I had almost forgotten about them over the winter. We didn’t have black flies down here till couple of years ago. They call them buffalo gnats here and wouldn’t you know I happened to be allergic to them! I get lumps all over from the bites. Too many bites and I get black fly fever. Never knew there was such a thing!

The only saving grace is there only around for 3 or 4 weeks. Then done and gone for the rest of the year. Don’t guys have them all season?

Depends on the season , if it stays wet and cool enough they are here all season . But if we get a good hot dry spell it kills most off and the rest go hide deap in the marshes .
I plan on making a set of " Summer Doors " for my tractors . Screened in with a role down clear flap on the top half to keep the rain out when not in use .
@RoamingGnome Gerry you should think about this for your tractors .

David very windy and hard driving rain. It didn’t last very long though. Looks like April is going out like a lion. :peace: Harry
