The worst part is we use to have one , but let it go with the camping trailer when we sold it .Toolslinger wrote: ↑Wed Apr 02, 2025 10:23 am Seems like you need a campfire percalator...
Have yet to use mine over a campfire, but it works just fine over a grill, or gas stovetop when the power goes down. I like tea, but I am not giving up my coffee for something minor like a power appocalypse.

Same here...
We got an inch of snow in the last half hour - and it's snowing like the Dickens at the moment...
Where did I put the snow shovel and snow brush for the truck ?

Re: The weather
Well I hope it stays up North. I was in my shop today building another planting box and it started raining very hard and thundering so loudly it shoot the building. It has continued to do so all evening. I’m glad it’s not colder or the white stuff would be coming down with snow thunder.

Re: The weather
Ya we have been getting some of that white stuff and winds too . Nothing too bad , but after the ice storm it's a little overwelming . The clean up from the ice storm is still on going in a lot of area . Some still have no power . We have had it so easy for the last 50 years that when we got an old fashion hard winter and spring it is overwhelming at times .

Re: The weather
Thunder storm yesterday. Rained very hard for about 30 minutes, slowed down then came back for another 30 minutes. I went out to take a few pics of the ponds it created.
