Herbs
We grew a few different herbs in the garden this year. Dill, Basil ,Sage, Parsley . The dill we got some frills as needed and 4" in the bottom of a 5 gallon pail of seed . The Basil went to seed before we could harvest it . The Sage did well and is drying now . The parsley grew like crazy and we have dried and stored a mason jar full already . The rest will get plowed under .
Anyone else grow some herbs ?

Re: Herbs
We did, but this year only basil and parsley for consumption during the growing season. We normally have had the two most important herbs for us, lovage and summer savoury. We use lovage in sour soups. And there is, imho, no better spice for meat dishes, than summer savoury. Neither of these can be found in stores.
That's a good harvest Dave!!!
