In WNY we had some very hard thunder showers today. My son in law came home early because where he was working they had two tornadoes touch down. I’m glad they didn’t touch down at my house. We hardly ever hear of a tornado in my atea. Harry

Ground is getting a good soaking here but thats all so far for us .

A very unusual day. Pour rain for about 20 minutes then slowly clear. Then it came back twice more. Put my muck boots on and took a walk in the back yard walking through puddles in the low spots. Mosquitoes were horrible so made a quick retreat to the shop. The garden will be okay unless we get more rain which they are predicting. Harry

Anyone else getting a break from the usual weather? Its low 70's here, overcast and low humidity. Much better than the low to mid 90's, high humidity and thunderstorms last week.

Yes Matt. That’s about the same here. I was just sitting in the garage with the door open and thinking , say I’m not roasting to death. Then I read your post.

@MattA Yeah same here . It is a nice break from the extremes we were getting of heat and humidity or torrid rain falls . It has been a wacky year weather wise .

We are experiencing flight delay from Edinburgh UK to Dulles because of east coast weather. It's sunny and 55 here in the UK.

Yeah , but not as much as some up the east are going to get . As bad as it has seamed here at times there is others getting it a lot worse . I feel for them .

It’s been in the high 70’s to low 80’s and very humid. Debbie coming in today with possible flooding. I don’t believe we will have the flooding like they have been getting on the coast. Harry
