Next weekend is the Show. I'll will be there all long weekend. As you can see the ploughing is scheduled for Sat at 9:00am,but we can plough anytime as long as there is field left. I think 9:00am is too early, I usually don't get setup about 11:00am.

If you want to bring a tractor, you must have an insurance bill etc. with company header to show that you have house insurance or content insurance. That's enough to cover personal items you have with you (ie tractor). In fact, they will accept any document that has "Insurance" written on it with insurance company name/logo.

@FUTZ . Ian , I will be there with the B-112 for the weekend . No camping , will leave tractor and trailer there and drive back and forth .

Friday is mostly set-up time and Monday is break-down time. So, best days are Saturday and Sunday. The itinerary is mostly the same for both days. GT ploughing is scheduled for Saturday, but can be any time really. Some times the field isn't ready by 9:00; the grain hasn't been taken off yet.
