Too keep this tread going . I sold my 4x8 box trailer and bought a used 6x10 tilting flat bed . Plan is to add stake bed sides to it after cleaning it up , paint , wood preservative , and surge brakes .

Fixed up my lights. The shackles were flipped from being up on the hoist. So got that fixed. Oiled the jack stand, locking mechanism and a few other things today. She’s ready to roll.

Nice trailer you got Dave.

Looks great Dave. Do you have to have it government inspected.

Finally got the new trailer finished and out for a test run . Brakes worked well and towed nice and straight . Didn't buck the truck like the big trailer does if it doesn't have enough weight on it .
Surge brakes , tilt deck , removable stake sides , reverse lights .
