We got maybe 1.5" last night, it's mostly gone tonight. It's the first snow we've had since January 13. :106:

No snow here yet after all the yakin about it. Might be some tomorrow.

First pass wasn't too bad. I just had to keep the travel lever just barely open while traveling down my driveway. The bottom from the plows was more difficult. I had to open the travel lever a decent amount to get the tractor to move and when it did move, it jumped forward and immediately bogged down. I ended up lifting the Berco up and taking some off the top. That worked much better. Its amazing how heavy snow can get. I do think my snowcaster would have handled the heavy wet snow well.

We got 2" of the white stuff in Hamilton... started about 1:30 in the afternoon and was done by suppertime. Barely worth breaking out the snow shovel - pedestrians on the sidewalk had pretty much trampled it down flat :pullhair:

My Case and John Deere operate the same at times Matt. They stop moving. Ya push on the forward lever, they jump and bog down. Wet heavy snow is nasty to move. Taking bites of the top does help.

Ya we got a total so far of about 8" snow . Between that and High winds last night , it took out our internet providers tower . I have had to tether to my phone , it's slow but works for now .
