Mmmm... Sunday Boiled Dinner

- perfect way to warm up after working outside in an inch of snow :rofl:
Beef Brisket, cabbage, potatoes, and carrots - just missing some pease pudding (mashed up split peas) and some biscuits and we would have had a right proper Jiggs dinner :cheers:

Looks yummy Gerry. I put on the apron and made up simple meat lasagne. Nothing fancy , but super filling .

Looks like a nice dinner! Between this and Eugen’s cabbage rolls you guys are making me want to cook some!
Roast chicken, mashed potato and gravy with hot rolls over here tonight.
