Case tractors and wood. Show us!

Post by Eugen »

Got some logs from a farmer nearby. It's a bit tedious unloading them one by one but it beats doing it by hand.

I only asked for a few logs and he loaded up the trailer! :O

The plan is to use these to make a little add on shelter for some of the junk and attachments. Wish me luck, because realistically I have no idea where the time for that will come. :40: :33:

Wood always means work. Heat is produced many times by firewood before it is burnt.

It's close to a full chord of oak, pushes a little going down the hill, but otherwise pulls it around with ease.
The blade is a UB54, don't use it much, mostly play. That will change a little this year as I sold my plow truck. So Ingy is going to get plow duty this year. Got the caster now though. Don't want to think about snow yet. :shh:

That's a good pick up Dave. Doesn't look like Frankie is having any trouble with it.

Frankie flex muscle Frankie strong! :D

Dave, you could have used some pallet forks there right? I have been looking for (and missing) some pallet forks! It was a bit too tedious to move the logs one at a time... until I remembered there was another tractor near by :O

Well, you won't catch me going downhill with any of my Case tractors! Literally you won't catch me because none of mine have the holding valve! I had a 226 with holding valve and sold it cheap apparently I needed the space.

I got now both the little and the big blade. Really wanted a blade and chased them a lot. All of a sudden now I have the loader and I'm asking myself what's with the blades!? :hm:
