6 or 7 years ago being nosey and dreaming I was looking at the Mahindra tractors a mile down the road. They had one about the size of a 2xx/3xxx,4x4 with loader for $27k and a lot extra $$$ for a deck, tiller and snow blower :O What killed the deal was, I did some research online and found a lot of complaints about long delays while the dealer and manufacturer battled about who was going to cover the $$$ for the warranty work to be done :42:

A couple years later while visiting a buddy, his neighbor came over with a shiny new midsized Mahindra. I mentioned the warranty issue to him and wished him good luck with the tractor. Two years later he was on a shiny new Bobcat tractor, when I asked about it he said I was right about the warranty battle and not getting it fixed :headbash:

I bought a new Kubota L2501 a little over 2 years ago, I was looking at them online and I thought the price was ok, once I got to the dealer it didn't include the price of the loader or bucket... I added a few basic implement like a rake, rear blade, auger, pallet fork, bush hog, land roller, seed spreader and it ended up being as much at the cost of the tractor.
I just got the oils and filters from the dealer to do the maintenance and that was over 500$...

That's gotta be a really nice machine!

When I got my motorcycle new in 2008, I did all regular maintenance myself, just kept all the bills. Does not void warranty. Maybe different with tractors.
