Can't believe my luck. I was looking for something else and came across these gauges on ebay starting at $10 each no reserve and no bids. Threw a bid on each and got them.
I love old quality stuff.

The bigger one is 2-1/8 to 3-1/8 and the other is 1 to 1-17/32
Now I regret not looking at the other items they had for sale, there was another similar gauge of size in between.

Forgot to say they didn't come with any anvils, I'll have to make some myself.
Dave, I already have a 2-4 Mitutoyo! You can borrow it anytime you need it.
