Flue shot advice.

This happened yesterday and is important information for our age group (over 65).
A friend had his 2nd dose of the vaccine at the vaccination center after which he began to have blurred vision on the way home. When he got home, he called the vaccination center for advice and to ask if he should go see a doctor, or be hospitalized.
He was told NOT to go to a doctor or a hospital, but just return to the vaccination center immediately and pick up his glasses.

You had me on the edge of my seat the first few sentences!!! :24:
Reminds me of that guy who went to the doctor because he felt this sharp pain on the forehead every time he drank coffee. So the doctor told him to take the teaspoon out of the cup!

What made it even funnier for me is that yesterday was a "DUH, What was I thinking?" kind of day. I left a tool bag at a customers in the morning and had to drive 20 minutes back to get it. Again in the afternoon I left a Vernier in a friends truck after chatting with him and a couple of buddies, and had to do another 20 minutes back to pick it up. At least the return trip to pick up my bag turned out to be billable because of a second machine issue.

I and wifey decided to make appointments for getting the covid vaccine. I just wish they didn't have all these choices, now we have to decide which to get!

I grew up in communist Romania, and as a child was used to have one or at the most two versions of a product on the shelf. I remember my first reaction when I went into a store in Austria. I was bewildered, confused, and downright scared of sooo many options. I was thinking, "how can anyone know which to get!?" Well, it took me a while to get used to it.
