So, got about 20cm yesterday. Was very light fluffy snow. Wind picked up last night to 60 kilometres per hour and had some fun blowing the light stuff around. Had both Cases out early afternoon before the wind started. Both worked good. Just don’t throw very far. 446 throws a bit farther than the 224. More snow removal today before it gets to 6 and 7 degrees on Thursday and Friday. -17C here now !

This is our latest weather advisory

. My

said the only thing they did say was a tornado .
Messy mix of wintry weather beginning Wednesday afternoon.
Hazards:
Rain, 10 to 25 mm, Wednesday afternoon through Wednesday overnight.
Snow, at times heavy, Wednesday overnight through Friday morning. Snowfall accumulations of 10 to 20 cm possible.
Risk of freezing rain Wednesday overnight through Thursday afternoon.
Reduced visibility in snow and blowing snow.
Icy and slippery surfaces.
When:
Wednesday afternoon through Friday morning.
Impacts:
Road closures are possible,
Discussion:
A low pressure system is expected to track northeast across Lake Erie and Lake Ontario Thursday night which could bring a messy mix of wintry precipitation to southern Ontario. Precipitation will likely begin as rain Wednesday afternoon and transition to snow Wednesday overnight. As temperatures drop below the freezing mark Wednesday night or early Thursday morning, icy and slippery conditions are possible, as water on roadways and surfaces will freeze.
At this time the track of the low pressure system is uncertain, and as such precipitation type, timing and amounts may change.
Going to have to pack ice skates and snow shoes in the canoe to prepare for this one .
