advantages of using Paypal

Long story short . I ordered bearings from a place in the US as a trial run . I am in need of all manner of bearing ect. for all breads so am still looking for a reliable source with reasonable prices . I though this might be , they advertised international shipping USPS only 
and Paypal as an option.
I placed an order and paid Paypal . 5 days later I get email that UPS has a hold on my package at the boarder I had to pay another $30 plus tax for them to collect the tax on our side ! Now I am
because it was suppose to come USPS not UPS , email the company with no response . I ended up pay it and a few days later the bearings arrived and guess what , short parts ! Email the company again , giving an extra couple of weeks due to being just after holidays . Still no reply . Contact Paypal , go through the process there . Summit info they contact them ect. They never responded . So Paypal awarded me the full price of everything . I had asked for the $$ for the missing parts , brokerage fee we don't pay going postal like they advertised , but they awarded me all $$ back and I still have the bearings I did get for my aggravation. Needless to say that company is off the order from list .
