1966 COLT
1966 Polaris Colt snowmobile- runs and drives . Recoil broke. The motors is a 247. The throttle cable is gone but have a new one that hasn't been put on. Brakes work fantastic. The track is in good shape. All the cleats are not broken and in good shape. Most of the cleats have new rivets. The skis are good with good wear rods. The hood is decent and has a good windshields. The seat is ok but could be re-done. I also have a good plastic tank. $275obo located in duluth minnesota. If the post is still up, it's available. Thanks

That brings back fond memories. Growing up we had 2 - 1972 Colts, a 175cc single and a 295 cc twin cylinder. They were lightweight (350 pounds), tough little machines. And would do about 45 MPH, fast enough to be fun and make things interesting and get you in trouble

There sure is a lot of things called "Colt".
This machine is a long way from being in good shape

I'll keep looking for some more good deals

@crazycase that Colt reminds me of an early 60's Canadian Pacific F3 locomotive.
CP used the same colours,
silver, maroon, with gold lettering and strips.
