I am always hesitant about Facebook Market Place sellers that have a new 2025 profile, and no other post on their account. A search of the seller's name and town does link to a local address and phone number. My wife almost got sucked into a scam deal for a new sofa. Payment was requested up front before she would be allowed to view it. A google search of that seller did not produce any history even though a picture of a person was attached to the FB post.
