Electric clutch

I’m thinking about adding a electric clutch to anolder Case machine that someone gave me. I was just eondering if they are directional, CW or CCW? :peace: Harry

Harrry, they are. They have some cushioning built in to lessen belt shock when engaging so it's wise to use the correct one for best belt life.

When ordering a electric clutch that is directional , how do they reference direction . ie looking at the front side or the engine side .

Bob can I determine which direction an electric clutch is suppose to be used just by looking at it? :peace: Harry

Usually the electric clutch has a part number on it which you could look up. Not sure how to tell by looking at it.
