Thank you Eugen,
Wishing you and your family a safe and Happy Easter !
Have you decorated any eggs for Sunday? ...and will the Easter Bunny be visiting the boys?
Take Care, Gerry

Happy Easter to all and especially you Eugen. It’s going to be a quiet one here at our house with most that usually in attendance out of town. Blessed to all.

Happy Easter !
I hope everyone is able to enjoy time spent with family and friends this holiday weekend,
Thought I would share some photos of the "Worlds Largest Pysanka" (Easter Egg) I took these ages ago on one of our cross country road trips when I was travelling from Ontario to work in British Columbia...
.
On display in a park in Vegreville, Alberta
.
It would hold an awful lot of Easter Chocolate !
- technical details courtesy of Google -
" The largest pysanka" (Ukrainian Easter egg) in the world is located in Vegreville, Alberta, Canada. It's known as the Vegreville Pysanka and is a large, aluminum structure designed to resemble a traditional Ukrainian Easter egg. It celebrates the early Ukrainian Settlements east of Edmonton. It also functions as a weather vane, tilting with the wind.
Dimensions: It measures 25.7 feet long, 18 feet wide, and stands 31 feet high.
Design/Materials: It is made of aluminum, and features 524 star patterns, 3,512 facets, 2,206 equilateral triangles, 6,978 nuts and bolts, and 177 internal struts.

We are visiting my inlaws so we arrived at already painted eggs. Almost cancelled our trip having been battling a really nasty flu all of us. The boys all got a few nice presents, yes. We're having some guests today, so the fire got going for a little lamb rack and cotlet grill. Here today is a holiday instead of Friday.
