My Johnny Bucket came with one. Bolts into the bucket. I need to have the replacement tooth welded in.

I haven’t built one but I have a commercially made one on my 830. I really like it, wouldn’t even try and dig into the ground without it. Mine is a clamp on style, hopefully you can see it in the pictures. My only complaint is sometimes it will pull off when back dragging. It’s heavy to put back on. I really need to cut a couple of holes in the bucket for the bolts to go through. You could also attach teeth right to the bucket but I like the idea of it being removable.

I’ve been thinking about building one for the Case 646, which also would fit the 644. Seen bucket teeth on Marketplace but keep missing out. Always sold before I could score them. I’ll keep looking and keep everyone posted on the project. Thanks for posting pics to generate ideas.

I just bought some 1/2" flat stock and then cut teeth like a saw blade in it. And then bolt it to the bottom of the bucket. I drill and tap the flat stock to 1/2" fine thread. I used either 4 or 5 bolts.
I really like how well it works. It scrapes flat as well as using its teeth better. I also have way more teeth. Then I also get the 1/2" square side for back dragging, which is very nice.
It is a lot of cutting. I tried the torch and the cutting wheels. I am not an expert with the torch. I liked the finish better with the wheel.
I sold the one I made for the 644 when I sold it. All I have right now is a new piece of steel for the bucket on the 648.
Lately, I've been adding keywords to my photo titles. Finding the photos is much easier when you do that.
I really like how well it works. It scrapes flat as well as using its teeth better. I also have way more teeth. Then I also get the 1/2" square side for back dragging, which is very nice.

Well, if y'all promise not to 
at me, I've been buying some ag parts at fire sale clearance prices as our local chain of farm supply stores close up and go out of business... Bought a bunch of hay baler and harrow tines with the intention of using them to create a heavy duty de-thatcher and/or pine straw rake for the property up north...
And I also picked up a handful of sickle guard plates-
And also some windrow guards -
I'm planning on experimenting with mounting them on some flat bar that I can then bolt to the edge of the 644 bucket - I just wanted something a little more aggressive than a straight cutting edge to make it easier to cut through the shallow root mat that covers the ground up north (calling it topsoil would be overly generous 
)
I'll keep you posted as the experiment progresses

I did purchase some bobcat bucket teeth today. Now I have to cut up some 1/2” scrap steel plate for the bar and make some attachment brackets to attach them to the bar. Harry

Those should work great. I think you’ll really like having them on you bucket.
@RoamingGnome I think that’s a good idea! I’m curious how well they hold up. The nice thing is you can find the stuff at just about any farm and home store.
