Pathway to feeder.
My dog likes it too!
I think it’s been ten years since we had this much snow.

I agree
@FUTZ and waited until Monday morning to start cleaning up from weekends snow dump.
There were telltale signs of a big oil leak on every pass with the snow blower. After about 15 minutes of blowing it became obvious that something had to be corrected. One of the hoses on the three-point hitch had a split in it. Both hoses were in bad shape and there was an oil drip between the holding valve and the drive motor.

Monday being a holiday here, all stores were closed. Hoses were made and an O-ring was picked up yesterday around noon. Getting the holding valve fit back in place was a real pain. Four D12 wheel weights and the wheel had to be removed to get to the motor and holding valve. A combination wrench would not squeeze between the valve and motor, so a 1"box end wrench was cut open to allow it to slide over the pipe. Getting the pipe nuts off was no longer a challenge but hours were spent threading them back on. Remounting the D12 wheel weights also proved to be challenging. My strength and stamina is not what it use to be. At 5 o'clock a quick test run took place followed but cleanup, supper, and a 3 hour nap.

Spike I agree with your comments about the pain after doing a big project. Mostly in my wrists and right shoulder the next day. Ibuprofen helps but don’t like taking it. I’m not ready to hang up the tool belt yet but I guess that’s life in old age, aches snd pain.

I was told by someone a few years my senior that the pain is to remind you ,that you are still alive and just slow down and take it a little easier . The pain will go away when we're dead .

@Spike188 Eugene I hope you at least had a little heater out there to take the chill off while working on it .

I had not cleaned the driveways in a few days and it was snowing again this morning so I got some seat time. First used the 446 to blow snow then follow up with 644 with bucket to push it back and make room for more, just in case.
