Looks like it’s been sitting for awhile. At least the engine components are easy to get to!

Cool! :)
That will be an interesting project to work on... Good that you have a photo of the "Guaranteed for all time" warranty plate :))

Ugh... Probably the Wico EK...
If you get spark, they seem to fire pretty easy...

Have fun!
Wish I was closer to some of you so I could :letmesee: look over your shoulder while you are working on your projects....

All ready had the head off (sorry forgot pics) cut valve seats and valve faces . The valve guides have some wear but not to bad , the valve stems are worn bad and new valves are needed . They are available for for $50 each :usa: plus raping at the border . Fuel tank is off and soaking in varsol, then will be filled with evapo-rust before epoxy lined. The Cylinder looks good but will get honing later . As you see checking the valve and ignition timing . There is a roller that runs on the cam that the bushing is worn that will need to be addressed , but the fly wheel needs to come off to make that happen . That will come later after I know it will run and have a list of parts to get . Have evapo-rust in the water jug for a few days trying to get that cleaned up . The connecting rod bearing is worn and will get replaced later .

Before and after replacing the insulation on the coils and condenser. After almost a 100 years it was crumbling . 2 layers of shrink tube . Cleaned the points and all connections . Replaced the the spark plug wire with new steel core wire . I have a new spark plug , The old one will become a compression gauge adaptor. I was told by the guy I got it off to leave it as is and not paint it .I will do that for now , But this is what I am thinking of doing with it for showing . [url]https://youtu.be/Srd0I-KQ76s/url] Something along those lines . Right now I have it on a wood cart with casters so I can move it around as it weighs a few hundred pounds .
