The posting mentions that the Ingersoll Tractor Company as of 11/15 /24 has been purchased by Case Ingersoll Parts LLC of West Olive Michigan. They are in the process of moving inventory to Michigan and plans are being made to again produce GT’s. :peace: Harry

Yeah , saw that too . I hope it is legit . NOS parts and the possibility of news tractor being built is a interiging . But I can't see how they could be cost effective to make anything the quality level of these old Cases like I have .

Well that’s neat. Will be nice to see what a new one will look like and get the specs on it. But I would expect the price of one will be way beyond my pocket.

I didn’t see the article, but my gut reaction is the same as @DavidBarkey and @propane1. Will it be a Case GT in name only, or if it is built as good as the old ones the price will be out of this world.

Here's the link: https://www.facebook.com/caseingersollparts. Jason mentions parts and a few complete tractors, but not necessarily the production of new GT's

In the article it reads “ we look forward to produce tractors and attachments in the future. “ That time frame is yet to be determined. I heard from a reliable source last year that a group of dealers were considering purchasing the Ingersoll Tractor Company. The price was too much so they decided not to purchase. It will be interesting to see if they just sell NOS parts or start making new GT’s. I agree it will be hard to produce a quality machine that can compete with price of the throw away LT’s. :peace: Harry

It is true. They stored remains, and certain parts rights have been purchased. Jason also bought the existing parts business a year or so ago.

People have been trying to buy out the remains of Ingersoll for many years. A change in ownership occurred for the remains of the Ingersoll company, and it is now in the hands of the parts supplier. First all the feasible NLA parts may be made if it is worth doing so. That will likely be years off. I do not mean that in a negative way. It will take a lot of time and effort and only so much a guy can do.

Overall, it is awesome news.
