homemade roasted garlic powder

The last of our garlic roasted off . Now to grind , dehydrate some more and store in jars for cooking . All ready did a batch of regular garlic ground and dehydrated and reground into powder . We put in jars . We have a collection of "OLD" canning jars of different colour glass that use the rubber rings . We use these for our herbs, spices , ect. Some are very old , 100 or more years from what we have been able to find out .
