Good deal even if its only parts. Is that a bolt broken off in the crankshaft?

Can't tell , But that would explain the price if it is needed for the aplication.

I txt the seller and he said he could run it for me and the crank has mud in the hole. Maybe tomorrow I can go check it out. Harry

Fuel pumps missing... remove the air filter and see if you find a lot of oil under/in the filter. The crankcase, front and rear crankshaft seals tend to wear out causing this issue. Not sure if this only applies to earlier production engines. Oil sometimes runs down the block from the filter housing. Good source for parts at that price.
