Colt Case Ingersoll Garden Tractors

Came across this on facebook marketplace. It's not often to find the rear hydraulic PTO for sale separately, here in Ontario.

Text in the ad: "Various case 446 tractor parts

Hood $150 obo
Fenders $150 for both obo
Hydraulic pump $375
EZ clutch assembly with fan $100 obo
Control Valve $250 obo
Rear control valve to accessories $375 obo
Rolling frame $300 obo
Onan engine 18 hp (performer 18) $300 obo
Snowblower $ 75 obo
Mower deck $75 obo

Many other parts message me tell me what you need and make an offer.

If your are are reading this add, then you know how difficult it is to get parts and how expensive they are.
The parts are interchangeable for all 400 series tractors."

Looks to me like someone picked up an old Case and are parting it out. Probably got it cheap and now they want top dollar for the parts. Harry

Those prices are pretty scary even for up here!

One thing about asking price is you don't have to pay it if you think it is too high . You can allways offer what you think is reasonable for what you need . Sure does look like someone trying to make a buck parting it out . Well better that then go to scrap or having to buy a whole tractor for one part you need .

If I didn't have a hydraulic PTO I'd consider myself happy to pay up to 180 for it.

When I sell parts I'd rather know it gets used than let all that good American steel go to scrap. But yeah, it is what it is
