Custom Farm built Case garden tractor. Built in 2016. Only 130 hours (yes, 130) on a new Kohler Commercial V twin 730cc 25 horse engine. Built on a reversed Case 444 rolling chassis and using parts from a John Deere combine(power steering tower and cylinder). Custom made 5 blade 60” stainless steel deck with 1/8” thick plates. Engine oil cooler. Hydraulic oil cooler and power steering cooler. Suspension seat and twin batteries for cold weather starting. New steering tires and recent 16” BFG’s for drive tires. All 4 original tires included. Custom wheel weights on all 4 wheels. Pressure oil system on engine and commercial 2 stage cylindrical air cleaner. Built in 2016 but only used for one season by the genius 80 year old farmer who went to high school from the age of 11-14. However due to his declining health was not able to climb off and on it so he bought a new step through John Deere mower and parked this one until I got it in 2023 and I painted it Case/ I. H. colours. There’s a 5” diameter 60” wide roller attached to the rear of the deck to support the rear of the deck and to roll the freshly cut grass. Hydraulic drive 2 speed transmission/differential and hydraulic lift for the two rear arms that lift the deck and the 60” plow blade. It’s so heavy I don’t need chains on the drive tires in the winter. Very fast ground speed throws the snow easily and far. Recent engine and hydraulic oil filters. Custom under slung exhaust out the rear makes it quiet. Adjustable foot rests out above the deck and a sliding seat makes it comfortable for any size person. Not like everybody else’s machine. Deck flips upright for cleaning and sharpening of blades. Extra set of heavy duty spindles that were from the gathering chains of the John Deere corn head. WAY, WAY over built. Duel belt drive electric PTO drives the deck through the 90 degree gearbox from the rear straw chopper on the back of the combine. Everything was built by this brilliant old farmer who wanted something to do over one winter. This thing will outlive its owner. Usual rules of replying. Please don’t waste our time. I really don’t care if I don’t sell it. I’ll never find anything else like it. I just don’t have much room and I just found another tractor that I like so I can’t keep all my stuff. I’m in my 60’s and I rarely look at my phone. I’m not a teenager. I’m an old fart analogue man. I will respond back within a day or two.
