Went to Pugwash, NS, today for a fun plow day. Just a great day and lunch. I was just a spectator. Didn’t take any tractors. I know most of the people there cause I’ve been at some of their events in the past and some of them come to PEI for the Dundas Plow Match. But I did get to plow !!! One of my buddies let me use his tractor for a few rounds. 1951 Ford 8N. Works nice that tractor.

Looks like it was a great day with good ground conditions! Those guys have some nice looking tractors. Glad you got some seat time, it pretty satisfying watching the dirt roll over! Thanks for the pictures!

Look at all those red Masseys! I'd have liked a few rounds myself. That's a good buddy you have to let you on his tractor!

Takes about 2 hours and 15 minutes Dave. I take all the main roads. I go to Amherst, NS. Turn left there, and follow that road right to the spot. Good driving and road. You could turn left at Port Elgin, NB and follow the back roads and get there too. That’s about 2 hours. But the roads in there are nasty. Just like being in a washing machine.
So for the extra 15 minutes I take the good road. Place in Amherst to stop and get Tim Hortons coffee and a bathroom break.
Hehe. If I could leave Charlottetown and drive straight across the water to NS, it would only be 1/2 hour or so. Hehe.
Back to the grind today. Stuff going into storage. Son has the little storage building fixed up that got hit by Fiona.

While at the plow day, the fella putting it on tells me he has a 1987 John Deere 332. He knows I’m into garden tractors. It’s not for sale, and I didn’t get to see it. But I know it’s there !!!
He would like to see my collection some time.
