Did you lookup the price?

I saw a ad for Mean Green Mowers. They have a commercial zero turn (EVO-74) with 7-8 hours run time on a single charge.

Spoiler alert! Don't look at the price list for the EVO-74 if you have a leak ticker ;)

$70,000 US to buy it. Runs 8 hours per charge. 6 to 12 hours to recharge depending on which method you use.

https://www.electrictractor.com/the-company-today/

This is a company, an offshoot of an earlier company that developed and marketed the "Blue Ox". That company was listed on the Toronto Stock exchange for a while. They were able to take advantage of electric equipment rebate programs that made them affordable. Their biggest selling feature was being a tow vehicle in green house settings.

It will be interesting to see if this time around will be a marketing success.

Don't get me wrong , electric everything has it place . But I have seen it before up here . They had everyone going to electric heat , furnace and baseboard rads along with stoves and hot water heaters plus, plus .After decade and a lot of people trapped on the grid prices go through the roof . Poorly maintained infrastructure and a Hydro CEO the made many millions per year . :cuss: :violin:
