Are you doing physical therapy/daily stretches/daily exercises to improve your strength?
I’m doing stretches and exercises until my next appointment. Although I am some better my progress seems to have plateaued at this point. A slow process.
Stay on the stretches , It is easy right now to get lazy about them because you have hit the plateau . I have experienced the plateauing many times and got lazy and had set backs :headbash: . Your progress will move forward in ebbs and tides , but will quickly go backwards if not careful and stay to your exercise and dietary needs . Be mindful on when you eat and drink . your body has specific needs to repair its self . Look up what athiletes eat / drink when rehabbing a similar type injury .

I got a few things accomplished today. Reassembled my battery operated lawn and weed sprayer that was plugged up. Had to take it all apart to get to the diaphragm pump which was plugged up. All ready for next season. Reassembled the hydraulic oil pump with lovejoy coupler and pump housing. Bolted on the engine and engine back on frame. I noticed one of the engine mounts was loose to the engine so had to tighten up the allen head bolts under the engine. Good to see it going back together. Removed the glass from the cab for the 646 and moved the framework and fiberglass roof into the shop. It’s suppose to snow tonight so planning ahead. I have to try and figure out how to remove the round head slotted bolts that hold the roof to the frame. Rusted very badly and can’t hold the slotted screws with a screwdriver while turning the 1/4” nuts. Nobody said it was going to be easy. Tomorrow is another day to get frustrated. :43: :peace: Harry

@Harry A Drimel with a quick change cutoff dick is one of the top used tools in my book of tricks. A lot of times it is used to slice the nut or head off.

David I just purchased one but found out today it won’t fit on the nuts because most of the nuts are hard to get at. Bummer! :106: Harry

Like I said most of the nuts are hard to get at and the heads are in contact with the fiberglass. I’ll see how it make out with my small air operated cutoff. :peace: Harry

Take your time and keep heat down with wet rag and you should be fine.

Worked on the cab a little today. Removed the framework which most of the rusted bolts broke off. Labeled all the pieces so I won’t wonder what goes where. The fiberglass roof is still attached to the top frame. Tried to cut off a few nuts from the inside with not much luck. Look at pics and you’ll be able to see the tight spot they are in. :45: :peace: Harry

@Harry would it be possible to drill the heads of the bolts off? Maybe a pilot hole in the center of the head then a bit the size of the bolt?
