Close but mine has "(2).pdf on the end of it, it was an updated version with a couple more cast iron weights that will fit.

Those ford ones are what I have on my Case 446.

Seen a set of front wheel weights on a David Brown 885 this morning while watching my morning plough match from England. These would fit the 446 nicely. This David Brown front wheels are 6.0 X 16. But these weights would not be to easy to find.
