The scoop shovels are tailgate extensions to get more dirt in the cart The tires on the cart are tubed, and cracked like ice in a snow cone so of course I need to load test them from time to time

I hear you Gordy, and I'd use those in a pinch. It's just weights so who cares what color. Plus you can paint them. I'll start looking for one of those scoop shovels, I like them.

The real load test is this: if they burst you get new tires! you better have replacements on hand!

so I'm not the only one that handled a big shovel in his youth. It does mark you that's for sure. I did a stint in a coal mine for one year, as part of my military service, and we had these huge shovels named "heart of Stalin" on account of coal being lighter than dirt, so you could shovel more at at time. I do want something like this, because for instance wood chips are light, so normal shovels are just too little.
