Our 'mini' Christmas tree is only about 2 feet tall, and is innocuous enough that it's out year round -
likes it for a bit of 'mood' lighting in the living room - We have had (and really do like) natural trees - we've even bought a couple of 10' to really take advantage of the 10' ceilings in our 1880's house... Unfortunately it takes a ton of decorations to make it look 'dressed' and with just gifts for Kelly and I - well they get lost under a big tree...
Btw - been told we are going "full gnome" this year...
