Re: Pictures: this moment
After years of wishing for this 444 to be my main tractor, I got the chance to put the hydraulic pto, ag tires, weights, and sleeve hitch on.

It's kinda hard fixing things up just so they can move on to be enjoyed by someone else...
I'm feeling for you... Good luck with downsizing your collection...
- I know what it's like when real estate agents say "you need to reduce the clutter before we can talk about listing your property..."
PS... I really want that red 644 behind your 444...

Sounds like an orgy of cicadas to me. Kinda of like Woodstock. Did anyone here go to that? I just graduated from HS in 69 and I was putting a 327 cu in chevy motor in a 57 Bel Air. A buddy stopped by to give me a hand and the motor mounts were not lining up right. We dropped everything and drove there for the blow out. At 18 years old it was quite an education for me.

It's like that Gerry, you know. But onward we go, I hope.
Oh, the only thing standing between you and the red 644 is a couple of gold bars or some diamonds. Maybe cash will do too.
To test the 444 I thought why not scratch the soil a little, pretend we do a garden.

I bought my tractor a few minutes from the Woodstock location. Guy gave me directions to drive by Woodstock on the way homeHarry wrote: ↑Tue Jun 04, 2024 3:50 pmSounds like an orgy of cicadas to me. Wood stock was before my time, but I think you pretty well nailed down the situation!Harry wrote: ↑Tue Jun 04, 2024 3:50 pmSounds like an orgy of cicadas to me. Kinda of like Woodstock. We are having some swarming here and a heck of a lot of racket from them but not as bad as it is a little south of us. I saw piles of them around the bottom of trees. And they swarm you every time you pass a tree or bush. So loud you can’t think straight! Pretty interesting phenomenon.
I’m sure these are the 15 and 17 year versions @FUTZ was talking about. These are smaller that the yearly ones.

As a boy I use to hang out at a local creek and remember how much noise they made. I have not heard any in my neck of the woods yet.

Adventures in yard cleaning.
This tractor runs so well now, it's amazing. I used it with a P100 mask before, because of the smoke. Now it's zero smoke.

Re: Pictures: this moment
@Eugen Hopefully you can get a good buck for it for all the work you put into it . Does that sickle mower still work or is it just yard art ?
