My grandson wants me to build in my "spare time"

a twin track using snow mobile tracks so he can bomb around in the winter .
Dave
Who wants to bomb around, Dave?
sounds like a challenging project.

Some guys I know have been building these out of old snowmobiles. I'd like one for ice fishing, but I need another project like........

Back when I was a teenager in the 60's. I was at a snowmobile race during the winter. Someone showed up with a twin track machine that was one of a kind. The tracks were made from old agri tires with the beads cut out and stretched over a couple of tires on rims on each side. It was V/8 powered and was steered by braking one side or the other. It had headers straight up in the air and very loud. I'll never forget that one of a kind machine from my past.
Keep the Peace
